Chronic Reparations Advocates the Immediate Legalization and Taxation of Marijuana Sales to Fund Slavery Reparations

We Strongly Advocate Two Things:

FIRST: Legalization of marijuana for all uses, medical and recreational, throughout the United States.

  • Eight-ounce “personal use” limit,
  • Legal age for possession and use is 21,
  • Same rules that apply for alcohol will apply for marijuana,
  • Existing marijuana convictions immediately overturned & rescinded,

SECOND: Tax revenue generated from sales of marijuana be applied towards slavery reparations for all participating Americans who claim African descent.

  • Funding goes to Slavery Reparations Fund,
  • Reparation Fund sponsors small business loans, scholarships, education and racial advancement of historically suppressed peoples,
  • New law is permanent.

Join our cause today by signing our petition, contacting your friends, and demanding your local, state and national representatives in congress and senate support this cause.

It Just Makes Sense:

By legalizing and regulating the sale of marijuana in order to fund slavery reparations, we can improve our country in every possible way.

  • Reduce prison populations of non-violent, personal use marijuana “criminals,”
  • Reduce time wasted by law enforcement (one arrest every 45-seconds in the US) so they can focus on REAL crime.
  • Reduce burden on courts,
  • Eliminate black market drug dealers and cut funding to international drug lords,
  • Fund vital outreach & education programs to give citizens a hand-up, not a hand-out,
  • Improve the lives of the Americans who have always struggled the most for a fair shake,
  • Provide safe, legitimate access to medical marijuana for patients,
  • Finally make right on the historically unfulfilled promises.

If you believe in the decriminalization, legalization, regulation and public availability of marijuana, this is the cause for you to support.

If you believe in reparations for the descendants of American slaves, this is the cause for you to support.
